In order to keep our costs low and offer the best price on the island to our clients we do not have a showroom or physical boutique yet. My Discount Malta is an online platform where people can purchase high quality goods at reasonable prices. We have our offices based in Swieqi and our warehouse in Qormi.

👉 Where do you deliver and cost of delivery?

    • Malta - Free Delivery 
    • Gozo - €15.00 fee is applicable

👉 How long does it take to receive my products?

Goods take approximately from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive to you, from date of order.

👉  What will happened if during the delivery i'm not at home ?

If you're not at home, we will make another delivery attempt the next working day as per the delivery service selected at checkout.
👉 How does warranty work? 

Warranty repairs are available for some products and covered under a manufacturer warranty. For some items, your warranty will be valid during a period of 24 months. If anything goes wrong, firstly we would suggest to contact us directly. Then we will assist you online. If we can’t resolve the problem online, you will have to bring directly your appliance to our Technical department and if the problem still persists, we will replace your item within a delay of 14 days. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions.
